Sassuolo could move ahead of Atalanta in the race to sign Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti if they are ready to meet the Nerazzurri’s 20 million asking price.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the Neroverdi could make an offer that Inter would accept if they are able to cash in on Giacomo Raspadori and have the cash on hand to reinvest.

Atalanta are still pushing to sign Pinamonti, and looking to be accelerating their pursuit for the 23-year-old who has been marked out as a priority target.

However, the Lombards are still some way away from meeting Inter’s valuation and getting a deal done, potentially leaving the door open for Sassuolo.

The Neroverdi see Pinamonti as one of the ideal options to reinforce their attack for next season, and if they are able to complete a sale of Raspadori quickly then they could move in ahead of Atalanta and swoop for Pinamonti.
