Premier League side Nottingham Forest have joined Atalanta and Sassuolo in the race to sign Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti ahead of next season.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the newly-promoted English team are thinking of a move for Pinamonti if neither La Dea nor the Neroverdi get a deal over the line for him.

Atalanta remain the team most keen on signing Pinamonti but could have to sell Luis Muriel first as they have not yet reached Inter’s €20 million asking price, whilst Sassuolo are thinking about him as a Gianluca Scamacca replacement but would have to get a sale of Giacomo Raspadori done first.

It remains to be seen which of the two Serie A teams if either will first be ready to meet the Nerazzurri’s valuation of Pinamonti, but in the meantime Forest have emerged as a serious suitor for the 23-year-old as they aim to strengthen for life in the Premier League.
