Former Bari defender Massimo Brambati has said that Juventus are becoming like Massimo Moratti’s Inter, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media today.

Speaking during an interview with TMW Radio, via FCInter1908, Massimo Brambati showed that he has not been very impressed by Juventus’s transfer business so far this summer.

The Bianconeri have lost Paulo Dybala on a free transfer and they have lost Alvaro Morata at the end of his loan deal. They have only signed Angel Di Maria in that area of the pitch and Massimo Brambati does not think that that is enough.

“To date, should you leave tomorrow, this Juve has weakened compared to last year. It sold Dybala and Morata and only took Di Maria in that area.

“Already numerically you’re in trouble at the first league game, also because of the disqualifications. In midfield you have to play with Miretti, Fagioli, Rovella… and you are Juve. Then you lost Chiellini and De Ligt and got Bremer and Gatti.”

He then compared the way that they are conducting their deals as being like Inter did when they were under the ownership of Massimo Moratti.

“Juve seems to me to have become Moratti’s Inter. A player who was proposed to others at 3 million was proposed to Inter a few days later at 10. If you don’t have know-how like Cherubini and Arrivabene then you struggle to operate with certain agents and therefore on the market.

“There are difficulties in closing transactions with zero parameters, but also in outgoing ones, and all this then leads to difficulties in incoming ones. It seems to me that this management flies by sight, but I’m sure Allegri has given us ideas. He seems to me to be an isolated coach.”

Juventus have also signed Paul Pogba for the midfield and Gleison Bremer for the defence and they are now working on other deals such as the one for Filip Kostic.
