Sassuolo held talks with the agent of Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti earlier today regarding a possible move for the 23-year-old, and have agreed on a fee for a deal with the Nerazzurri.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Neroverdi held a meeting with Pinamonti’s agent Enzo Raiola this morning where they got closer towards agreeing terms, whilst they have worked out a €18-20 million fee with the Nerazzurri.

Sassuolo are edging closer to signing Pinamonti, with it looking as though they will be all set to do so once they complete a sale of Giacomo Raspadori to Napoli.

Atalanta are still in the race for the 23-year-old’s signature, but they look to be increasingly taking a back set as the Neroverdi have now convinced Inter and are moving to convince the player and his agent.

The Neroverdi have agreed on a fee of €18-20 million with Inter, whilst the buyback option is still yet to be worked out with the Nerazzurri wanting it to be €30 million whilst the Neroverdi hold out for €35 million.
