Inter do not consider midfielder Marcelo Brozovic to be sale amid rumoured interest from Premier League giants Liverpool.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that there is no chance of the Nerazzurri listening to offers for the 29-year-old given his importance to the team.

Liverpool are looking to reinforce their midfield following an injury to Thiago Alcantara, and Brozovic looks to be one of the players on their radar.

However, Inter’s stance has been made clear that the Croat is too important to the team given the job that he does at the base of midfield, and that he is not on the market.

Brozovic’s contract was extended in the spring, with the club handing the 29-year-old a new four-year deal to ensure that he can be at the heart of the team for seasons to come, and they would have no intention of parting ways with him.
