Inter still haven’t received any new offers from Chelsea for young midfielder Cesare Casadei.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that as of yet the Blues have not returned with a new bid which improves on the one that the Nerazzurri already rejected more than a week ago.
Chelsea are serious about trying to sign Casadei, and Inter are expecting that sooner or later an improved offer will come to try and get a deal done for the 19-year-old.
The Premier League giants would have to offer a significant fee in order to convince the Nerazzurri on a move for Casadei, who they would wish to sign on a permanent basis without any buyback clause, something the Nerazzurri are reluctant to do.
As of yet, however, no new offer has arrived, and so the Nerazzurri continue to wait and see what will materialize.
