Lecce have lost 24 out of their last 32 meetings with Inter in Serie A which is a stat they will want to address on Saturday evening, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by FCInternews, the Giallorossi have got a terrible record against Inter in the top flight which could be of serious concern to the fans as they head into the opening game of the season.

In the previous 32 meetings between the two sides in Serie A, Inter have been the victorious side in 24 of them which is an impressive record.

The Nerazzurri have also found the back of the net 75 times in those games. At the beginning of Antonio Conte’s reign, Inter opened the season away at Lecce like they will on Saturday and they won 4-0.

Romelu Lukaku got on the scoresheet that day and he will be desperate to do the same on Saturday.
