There are still no new offers for either of defender Milan Skriniar or wingback Denzel Dumfries as Inter coach Simone Inzaghi waits for the transfer market to finally close.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Corriere della Sera, who report that the Nerazzurri coach is eager for the transfer market drama to finally end so that the focus can be entirely on working on the pitch.

Paris Saint-Germain’s interest in Skriniar has been widely reported this summer, whilst over the past month or so Chelsea have started to try and move for Dumfries.

However, to date, both PSG’s and Chelsea’s offers for the players have been firmly rejected by the Nerazzurri whose asking price has not been met for either of the duo.

As it stands, the situation remains that neither Skriniar or Dumfries have been subject to new offers recently, and the coach as well as the entire team are just holding their breath for the distraction of the transfer rumours to finally go away when the window slams shut.
