Inter could keep hold of both defender Milan Skriniar and wingback Denzel Dumfries this summer by cashing in on Andrea Pinamonti and Cesare Casadei for a total of nearly €40 million.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri could bring in as much as €20 million from a transfer of Casadei to Chelsea including add-ons, and that this combined with Pinamonti’s departure could make keeping Skriniar and Dumfries feasible.

Inter have already completed a sale of Pinamonti to Sassuolo for €20 million, and now they look to be getting closer and closer to selling Casadei to Chelsea, with the Premier League giants ready to offer €15 million plus significant add-ons.

This could take the Nerazzurri’s total earnings from the transfer window to close to €40 million, and while this would not meet the financial targets they’ve set, it could take them far enough to close out the transfer window without having sold a player from the starting eleven.
