Inter defender Danilo D’Ambrosio has made a return to full training ahead of Saturday’s Serie A clash with Spezia.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the 33-year-old is back in training with the rest of the squad and that he should be available for Saturday’s match.

D’Ambrosio had missed out on the Nerazzurri’s first Serie A match of the season away to Lecce through a slight muscle problem, and he was the lone injury absence from the squad for that fixture.

However, the 33-year-old already returned to training earlier in the week with his recovery looking not too far on the horizon, and now he is back with the rest of the group.

As such, Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi should once again have the experienced defender back at his disposal as the team make their home debut form the season against Spezia.
