A deal for Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah could see Inter needing to part with around €30 million which could put an end to any interest, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by FCInternews, Trevoh Chalobah is the latest name that is being linked with the final space in the Inter defence that needs to be filled.

There were suggestions on Thursday that the Premier League side would be open to letting the 23-year-old Englishman leave on a dry loan but that does not seem to be the case now.

Chelsea feel they have been charitable this summer by loaning out many players without much financial benefit. Inter have benefitted from that with the Romelu Lukaku deal.

They want Trevoh Chalobah to leave on a loan that will cost €5 million and then an obligatory purchase of another €25 million. Those are figures that simply don’t compute with Inter right now.
