Dutch wingback Denzel Dumfries has become increasingly central to the sporting project at Inter but it cannot be ruled out that the ownership will sell him, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport today, the former PSV Eindhoven player is still attracting a lot of interest but he is becoming more and more key to what Simone Inzaghi wants to achieve as the Inter coach.

It is thought that the club now value him at €50 million and Inter CEO Beppe Marotta, sporting director Piero Ausilio and his deputy Dario Baccin are all in agreement with Simone Inzaghi that he should not be sold.

Regardless of that, it can not be totally ruled out that Inter president Steven Zhang will feel the same way. If a bid were to come in for €50 million, that would be hard to turn down given he signed for around €13 million just one year ago.
