Wingback Robin Gosens looks to be the slight favourite to start on the left wing for Inter in this evening’s Serie A clash with Spezia, ahead of Federico Diamrco.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who include the German in their predicted starting eleven for the clash but note that the question of whether to start with him or Dimarco is likely to be coach Simone Inzaghi’s major selection dilemma.

Gosens started for Inter in their Serie A opener away to Lecce last week, whilst Dimarco also started in the back three before being moved to Gosens’s left-wingback position after the German was substituted off.

Given Dimarco’s shining recent form he could be selected ahead of Gosens from the start this evening with Alessandro Bastoni likely to be back in the team, although Tuttosport tip the German to start again.

Their complete predicted eleven for the clash is as follows:

Inter (3-5-2): Handanovic; Skriniar, De Vrij, Bastoni; Dumfries, Barella, Brozovic, Calhanoglu, Gosens; Lukaku, Lautaro.
