Inter & Lazio Working Out Terms Of Paid Loan & Purchase Option For Francesco Acerbi, Italian Media Report

Inter and Lazio are in talks to work out the terms of a paid loan and purchase option for defender Francesco Acerbi.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazzurri are not too far from the demands of Biancocelesti President Claudio Lotito, although there is still some work to do to arrive at total agreement.

In terms of a loan fee for Acerbi, Lotito is hoping to secure the wages paid to the 34-year-old for the months of July and August, which given his net salary of €2.5 million would be equal to around €800,000.

Inter are willing to offer a loan fee of €500,000 to sign the defender, whilst the Nerazzurri would also be ready to agree on a purchase obligation worth €3.5 million, whilst Lotito and Lazio are holding out for €5 million.

The Biancocelesti are very keen to get Acerbi’s wages off of their books before the transfer window slams shut and so they are motivated to try and come together on an agreement with Inter, although the final sums are not yet worked out.
