Italian journalist Fabio Ravezzani believes that Inter proved that they are the strongest team in Serie A in attack with their three-goal display against Spezia on Saturday evening.

Tweeting after the match, Ravezzani gave the view that the Nerazzurri look to be title favourites on the basis of their straightforward 3-0 win over the Ligurians, noting their attack in particular although suggesting that goalkeeper and left-wingback are positions of doubt for them.

Inter had looked a bit laboured in front of goal in their opening day win over Lecce, needing a goal from Romelu Lukaku within the first two minutes of the match and then a last-minute winner bundled home by Denzel Dumfries to overcome the newly-promoted team’s resistance.

However, the Nerazzurri experienced no such difficulties against Spezia on Saturday, and the 3-0 scoreline does not particularly flatter the way that they played.

All of Inter’s forwards looked to be in top form as they dominated the away team, and Ravezzani was impressed by what he saw.

He tweeted that “Inter were really convincing and confirmed that they clearly have the best attack in the league. Lautaro, Lukaku, Dzeko and Correa: nobody else has that much quality.”

“And then there’s Calha’s propensity for goals,” he continued. “The midfield is excellent. The only question is at left-wingback and in goal. But they’re the favourites.”
