Serie B side Bari are interested in signing young Inter striker Eddie Salcedo on loan before the end of the summer transfer window.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Serie B outfit have emerged as a possible destination for the 20-year-old.

Salcedo is all but certain to leave Inter on loan before the transfer window slams shut, but as with last summer, it could be down to the last few days before a destination for him becomes clear.

Belgian team Standard Liege had shown an interest in the 20-year-old but still have not gotten a loan deal done for him, whilst teams in Serie B have also been linked with him.

Salcedo did not enjoy a positive loan spell with Spezia last time around, where he found playing time very hard to come by compared to his two previous seasons on loan with Hellas Verona, and he will be hoping that his next club gives him a better environment in which to develop.
