Wingback Raoul Bellanova is fully recovered from a minor ankle problem and is in training ahead of Friday’s Serie A clash with Lazio.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the 22-year-old is fully fit and will not miss the clash with the Biancocelesti.

Reports emerged yesterday which suggested that Bellanova was dealing with an ankle problem, but in actuality the former Cagliari wingback had suffered a very minor sprain last week but it was not serious enough to cause him to miss any matches.

Meanwhile, midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan continues to work towards recovering from a thigh strain, and the team have no intention of taking any risks and want to give his left thigh flexors adequate time to heal.

As such, the Armenian will certainly be out for the match against Lazio, and is a major doubt to face Cremonese, but the target has always been a return to the squad to face AC Milan at the beginning of next month.
