Henrikh Mkhitaryan is not in the frame to face Lazio as he is out with an injury and Raoul Bellanova will be evaluated ahead of the match, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, the Armenian midfielder is focused on getting fit for the match against AC Milan on September 3 rather than any of the fixtures between now and then.

There are still enough midfield options available to Simone Inzaghi that the absence of the former Manchester United player should not be a serious issue.

As for young defender Raoul Bellanova, his condition is still yet to be assessed. He worked separately in training on Thursday after missing a session a couple of days previously.

It is believed that he will be part of the squad that travels down to Rome to face Lazio. The decision will be taken on Thursday.
