Robin Gosens is currently ahead in the race to start on the left wing for Inter against Lazio and there could soon be minutes from the start for Kristjan Asllani, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the German wingback is ahead of Federico Dimarco and Matteo Darmian in the race to start against Lazio but the situation could still change.

The training session at Appiano Gentile on Thursday morning could see Simone Inzaghi change his mind if there is a particularly good showing from Federico Dimarco who has been impressing the coach a lot recently.

There are unlikely to be any major surprises with the line-up at the Stadio Olimpico but there could be some rotation in the Cremonese game. Kristjan Asllani could be given his first start in that game which is on the following Serie A matchday.
