Lazio winger Manuel Lazzari appears to have a virus and could be out of the match against Inter later this evening at the Stadio Olimpico, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by Il Messaggero today, the Bianconcelesti may need to have a late change to their plans as the favoured right wingback Manuel Lazzari has picked up a virus.

It is expected that he will have no part in the game on Friday night and could be replaced by Elseid Hysaj.

It is expected that Ciro Immobile will be playing up front with Pedro and Mattia Zaccagni flanking him and Felipe Anderson behind.

There is a chance that Matias Vecino could start against his former club as he seems to have climbed above Toma Basic in the rankings for the double pivot in midfield.

The main two threats to counter are Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Ciro Immobile.
