Inter Close To Completing Francesco Acerbi Deal After Ironing Out Loan Fee & Agreement On Wages With Lazio, Italian Broadcaster Reports

Inter are on the verge of completing a deal to sign defender Francesco Acerbi on a paid loan within the next few days.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the Nerazzurri only have to work out the exact details of the loan fee and the question of the 34-year-old’s outstanding wages before they can wrap up a deal.

Inter have been in advanced talks with Lazio and with Acerbi’s representatives over the past week and change, and they are poised to get things over the line very soon regarding his signing on loan.

The two outstanding details that still need to be worked out between the clubs remain the exact loan fee, and how Acerbi’s wages from the months of July and August will be dealt with.

There is very little distance between the two clubs, however, and the move could be wrapped up very soon, likely within the next few days, with the former Sassuolo defender set to put pen to paper well before the end of the summer transfer window.
