Inter midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan made a partial return to training with the rest of the Nerazzurri’s squad in yesterday’s session.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Armenian worked with the rest of the group for a while before continuing with his individual program to fully recover from a muscle injury.

Mkhitaryan has missed out on the Nerazzurri’s past couple Serie A matches against the likes of Spezia and Lazio as he has recovered from some muscular fatigue, and he is also expected to be an injury absence in the team’s clash with Cremonese tomorrow.

However, a return looks to be on the horizon for Mkhitaryan, with the 33-year-old now returning to full training, and he should be more than ready to face AC Milan in the derby over the weekend, as he is on track to regain full fitness over the coming days.
