Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi feels that all matches pose unique challenges for the team regardless of the quality of the opposition on paper.

Speaking to Italian broadcaster DAZN ahead of the Nerazzurri’s Serie A clash with Cremonese this evening, the coach emphasized that the team know that this will not be an easy match despite coming against newly-promoted opposition and noted that they’ve studied the opposition.

On paper, Cremonese at the San Siro is a fixture where the Nerazzurri would have an easier time getting three points than some of the others at the start of their season, but the Lombard team have already shown their quality this season.

Even though they have yet to take a point in their first three matches back in Serie A, Cremonese have made life difficult for top sides like Fiorentina and Roma who have only managed to narrowly beat them.

Inzaghi said that “All matches are complicated, we’ve analyzed Cremonese along with the guys over the past few days. We’ll try to have a match with intensity and aggression because that’s how you win matches.”
