Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi has received praise for guiding his team to a solid win against Cremonese in Serie A after Friday’s major setback against Lazio.

The scores were positive across the board for the coach for how he set his team up in the player ratings across Italian media, as highlighted by L’Interista, with some defensive issues the only question marks on the performance.

Inzaghi had come under fire for some of his tactical decisions and particularly his substitutions in the loss to Lazio on Friday, and he needed a statement win to start getting momentum back.

The Nerazzurri produced exactly this, looking more fluid in possession and aggressive and compact than they have up to this point in the season, finally starting to show that they can play the coach’s brand of football at a high level.

TuttoMercatoWeb and the Gazzetta dello Sport scored the coach at 6.5/10, whilst all of the Corriere dello Sport, Tuttosport, and L’Interista went a bit higher to 7/10.
