Inter duo Alessandro Bastoni and Marcelo Brozovic will both be available to face AC Milan on Saturday evening after fitness scares, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media this evening.

As has been reported by Sky Sport Italia, via FCInter1908, the two key players can be counted on which is great news for Simone Inzaghi as he is already without Romelu Lukaku for the big clash.

It emerged on Thursday that Alessandro Bastoni is suffering from a virus and he had to undergo a lighter training session than the rest of the squad. Those fears seem to have subsided and he is now fully expected to be starting on the left side of the back three against the Rossoneri.

There were also some minor fears about the fitness of Marcelo Brozovic as he appeared to suffer a knock against Cremonese, but he is expected to start the derby as planned on Saturday.
