Inter striker Lautaro Martinez has had a great start to the season and it could boost the Nerazzurri during the derby, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, the form that Lautaro Martinez has shown in the first four games of the season could give Inter the edge when they come up against an AC Milan side who have been lacking something in attack so far this season.
He scored against Cremonese after coming off of the bench which means that he is also one of the fresher players in the squad.
He will not have Romelu Lukaku alongside him for the next month most likely which means that like the latter half of last season, the goalscoring responsibility is on him.
He is likely to be partnered with Joaquin Correa for the match against the champions on Saturday.
