Federico Dimarco appears to be slightly more likely to start for Inter against AC Milan than Alessandro Bastoni who has got the flu, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, Alessandro Bastoni asked to spend the night at Appiano Gentile so that he did not give the flu to his young daughter at home.

Reports on Thursday suggested that his condition is much better than expected and he will be able to start the game but it still seems that it will be touch and go for him.

There is a decision to be made by Simone Inzaghi when it comes to the starting eleven in attack because he must choose who will take the place of Romelu Lukaku who is out with a thigh injury.

It is a straight run-off between Joaquin Correa and Edin Dzeko for that position.
