Inter fans have already brought 20,000 tickets for the clash with Bayern Munich within a single day of them being on sale, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport, the Inter fans have gone crazy for the Champions League games even though there is a chance that Inter will not be able to qualify from the group.

The Nerazzurri have been put in a group with German champions Bayern Munich and then Spanish giants Barcelona. The fourth team are Czech side Viktoria Plzen.

It was expected that the home matches against Bayern Munich and Barcelona will be sell-outs but the speed at which the tickets are shifting for the Bayern Munich game is very impressive.

There were 71,212 tickets sold for the home game against Spezia and 70,750 for the one against Cremonese in midweek.

Ticket sales for Inter vs Torino are moving at a similar rate.
