Simone Inzaghi is satisfied with how Inter’s transfer market has ended despite there being some very concerning moments, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter have managed to do what they couldn’t do last season and deliver Simone Inzaghi the squad that he wanted for the season.

He unexpectedly lost Romelu Lukaku towards the end of the summer transfer window last year and he was fearing that it could happen again with Milan Skriniar being linked with Paris Saint Germain so heavily.

The club have kept the Slovakian and on the same day, they finally brought in the sixth defender to complete that area of the squad.

Simone Inzaghi had been very clear about the fact that he will struggle to deliver what is asked of him if he does not have a replacement for the depth that Andrea Ranocchia gave last season.
