Italian journalist Fabrizio Biasin has bemoaned the late changes that Simone Inzaghi made to his Inter side which he feels came too late in the game to make an impact, according to a report in the Italian media.

As was said by the journalist on his Twitter account after the 3-2 win that the Rossoneri managed to record at San Siro against Inter on Saturday night.

The Nerazzurri took the lead in the first half but were pegged back by Rafael Leao’s goal before the interval. The Rossoneri then scored twice in quick succession with Olivier Giroud and another wonderful goal from Rafael Leao.

There was a quick response from Inter through Edin Dzeko but Fabrizio Biasin feels that the changes came from the Inter coach too late to make an impact. He also clearly feels that it is not the first time that Simone Inzaghi has been guilty of that.

“Three ‘stupid’ goals, a great play by Leao, then the reaction that stops against the wall of a gigantic Maignan. Late changes by Inzaghi (and it’s not the first time). Too little, fair defeat.”
