Marcelo Brozovic is one of the few players to receive some praise from the Italian media for his display against AC Milan in the 3-2 defeat on Saturday evening.

As has been reported by L’Interista, the Croatian midfielder was one of very few players in the Inter squad who did not have an abnormally poor game against the Champions at San Siro.

The midfielder was the player who opened the scoring. Lautaro Martinez held the ball up well and then flicked it to Joaquin Correa who spotted the run of Marcelo Brozovic and played it through to him first time.

he then finished very calmly past Mike Maignan. Unfortunately, the team could not build on that goal and they ended up losing the game to goals from Rafael Leao and Olivier Giroud.

He got 6.5 out of 10 from La Gazzetta dello Sport, TMW and Corriere dello Sport, and then 6/10 from Tuttosport and L’Interista.
