Empoli President Fabrizio Corsi feels that Inter midfielder Kristjan Asllani is a high-level talent who combines both physical stamina and great technical quality.

Speaking to Italian broadcaster DAZN, Corsi praised the 20-year-old, who made the switch to the Nerazzurri from Empoli over the summer, and suggested that he is not a player who feels the pressure of playing for a top club.

Asllani had impressed greatly with his performances in Empoli’s starting eleven over the second half of last season, so much so that the Albanian earned a move to Inter.

The 20-year-old has yet to really cement a place for himself at the Nerazzurri, only playing a few minutes here and there as a substitute so far in his Inter career, but Corsi believes that he has everything that it takes in terms of both technical and mental attributes to spread his wings at his current club.

“The thing that is to Asllani’s credit is that he can play with both feet, and he has the lungs of Marco Tardelli. He doesn’t feel the pressure of playing in any shirt,” Corsi said.
