Inter captain Samir Handanovic, midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu, and wingback Matteo Darmian are all set to be back in the starting eleven for this weekend’s Serie A clash away to Udinese.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi is once again planning to significantly rotate his starting eleven for the match on Sunday.

So far this season Inzaghi has shown that he is not afraid to chop and change his starting eleven, with the coach particularly rotating heavily in the team’s past few matches as he seeks to get contributions out of his entire squad and give everyone a chance to rest considering the gruelling fixture list.

Captain Handanovic had been left out against Viktoria Plzen during the week for Andre Onana and Calhanoglu had made way for Henrikh Mkhitaryan, but Inzaghi is set to start both against Udinese, whilst Matteo Darmian should return on either the left or right flank.
