Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi is interested in moving for Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek during the January transfer window.

This according to Spanish news outlet Fichajes.net, via FCInter1908, who report that the Nerazzurri coach feels that the Dutchman would be the right player to add quality in midfield for the second half of the campaign.

Van de Beek’s tenure as a Manchester United player has not gone according to plan, and he has continued to find playing time difficult to come by for the Premier League giants and so could very well be on his way during the January window, whether on a permanent deal or on loan.

Inzaghi is still keen to reinforce his midfield options for the second half of the campaign, and while his first choice would be to sign Sergej Milinkovic-Savic from Lazio he is well aware that this would not be realistic, and so the coach would like to see a move for van de Beek.
