Captain Samir Handanovic and defender Stefan de Vrij are set to make their returns to Inter’s starting eleven in this weekend’s Serie A clash with Udinese, whilst Federico Dimarco is also likely to start.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who include the trio returning in their predicted starting eleven for the match.

Handanovic was left out of Inter’s starting eleven for their Champions League win over Viktoria Plzen on Tuesday, but the captain should be back in the team on Sunday, displacing Andre Onana from the lineup in goal.

Meanwhile, de Vrij should also be back in the team after having been left out in favour of Francesco Acerbi who was making his debut in the match against Plzen.

Dimarco is also seen as the favourite to start on the left flank of the team by Sky, ahead of the likes of Robin Gosens and Matteo Darmian.
