Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic is expected to start against both AS Roma and Barcelona which could put an end to the regular rotation of him and Andre Onana, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Tuttosport, Simone Inzaghi could be set to put an end to the swapping of goalkeepers between the Slovenian and the Cameroonian and it seems that the former is the one who will remain as number one.

Andre Onana has started both of the Champions League group games so far this season whilst Samir Handanovic has been starting the matches in Serie A.

After the international break is over, Inter are facing AS Roma in Serie A before then hosting Barcelona in the Champions League. If Samir Handanovic were to start both of those games, it would suggest that he has fended off the competition from Andre Onana for the time being at least.
