Inter have sent a message to Andrea Ranocchia after he announced that he is stepping away from football following a serious injury and the termination of his Monza contract.

The former Inter defender was at the club from 2010 until 2022 when he left for the newly-promoted side. He was their first signing of a busy summer but he then suffered a serious injury and that has led to his retirement at the age of 34.

Inter captioned the series of pictures: “Honoured to have been part of your career. Good luck, Andrea.”
