Real Madrid are now following Milan Skriniar’s contract situation at Inter closely as they plot a free transfer in the summer, according to a report in the Spanish media.

As has been reported in Spain by Mundo Deportivo, Los Blancos are now firmly in the frame as an option for Milan Skriniar should he decide not to agree on terms with Inter.

The Nerazzurri still feel that they can convince him to sign a new deal with the club and they are set to offer him a salary of €6 million to stay at the club.

Paris Saint Germain offered him €9 million in the summer and they will be able to offer that again for a free transfer in the summer. They will have competition from Real Madrid though who want the 27-year-old to bolster their ranks.

Inter may sell him in January for a low fee if they do not make progress in contract talks.
