Inter midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu will be back in full training either today or tomorrow and could already be fully fit to be in the starting eleven for the Serie A clash with Roma over the weekend.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the 28-year-old is very close to being fully recovered from his thigh strain and can train with the rest of the squad no later than tomorrow.

Calhanoglu has been recovering from a thigh strain over the past couple of weeks, with the injury having caused him to miss out on the team’s Serie A clash with Udinese before the international break as well as the Turkish national team’s matches during the break.

However, the midfielder is now essentially fit again and can work with the group, and he could already be back in the starting eleven to face the Giallorossi on Saturday.
