Inter midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu has recovered in time to face AS Roma on Saturday whilst Lautaro Martinez is now back with the squad, according to a report in the Italian print media today.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Turkish midfielder should now be fit enough to take the field for the Nerazzurri against the Giallorossi at San Siro on Saturday evening.
He has been working hard at Appiano Gentile to recover and it seems to have worked as he could be playing from the first minute. That is key for Simone Inzaghi given Marcelo Brozovic is injured for the next few weeks.
Lautaro Martinez is also on track to play his part against AS Roma as he has returned to the country after being on international duty with Argentina. He will be assessed to make sure that he is fresh enough to start the game against AS Roma.
