Inter are looking for a rejuvenated version of Lautaro Martinez against AS Roma as he has not scored for the Nerazzurri in a month, according to a report in the Italian print media today.
As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport, the Argentine forward has not scored for the Nerazzurri since the match against Cremonese on August 30.
There has been five games since then where his effort levels certainly did not drop but he has not managed to find the net. Now that he has had the chance to go away with Argentina and change his environment, Inter hope that he will come back and be able to start scoring again.
He scored the first goal in their 3-0 win over Honduras during the international break and he also got an assist in the win of the same scoreline against Jamaica in New York. He is in very good form for the Seleccion.
