Inter president Steven Zhang is currently keen on just bringing in more investment rather than selling the whole club in the wake of Marc Lasry’s interest, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Libero, Steven Zhang is seeking a partner which would allow the Suning family to continue their ownership of the club rather than selling the entire club to a new buyer.

Interest has come in recent days from Milwaukee Bucks co-owner Marc Lasry who is a Moroccan-American entrepreneur who is also the CEO of the Avenue Capital Group fund. The Milwaukee Bucks are a basketball team play in the NBA. They were the champions in 2021.

Marc Lasry’s assets are valued at around $1.8 billion which means that along with Wes Edens who he could try to buy the club with, he can certainly afford a full purchase of the Nerazzurri in the near future.
