Milan Skriniar and Samir Handanovic have been singled out as the two worst performers in Inter’s Serie A loss to Roma yesterday.

The pair were each awarded paltry grades of just 5/10 for their performances in the player ratings for the match published in today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, the lowest of any Nerazzurri players.

Handanovic made two fine stops on efforts that proved to be offside in the first half, but any goodwill was quickly undone as he let what looked like a savable effort by Paulo Dybala slip through his fingers for the Giallorossi’s equalizer.

Meanwhile, Skriniar had yet another indifferent display in which the 27-year-old looked far from his best, and he capped it off with a marking error to allow Chris Smalling to score Roma’s winner in the second half.

Of the Inter team, the one player to come in for any real praise was wingback Federico Dimarco, who capped off an accomplished display with the opening goal.
