Henrikh Mkhitaryan is set to replace Kristjan Asllani in the Inter starting eleven for this evening’s Champions League clash with Barcelona.

This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who report that the Nerazzurri’s midfield trio will be shuffled around a bit, with Asllani dropping to the bench and Mkhitaryan coming in.

Asllani had started against Roma over the weekend in place of the injured Marcelo Brozovic, alongside Nicolo Barella and Hakan Calhanoglu.

Barella and Calhanoglu should keep their places against Barcelona, but the young Albanian is likely to be replaced in the team by Mkhitaryan.

In attack, Joaquin Correa looks to be certain to start, whilst it is likely that Lautaro Martinez is likely to be fit enough to start alongside him.

Meanwhile, on the left flank Federico Dimarco is the favourite to keep his place, whilst on the right Denzel Dumfries could drop to the bench although this is not certain.
