Former Brescia midfielder Alessandro Budel has said that Juventus and Inter will both return to the Scudetto fight when it matters, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media.

Speaking during an interview with Radio CRC on the Si Gonfia la Rete program, via FCInter1908, Alessandro Budel showed faith in Inter and Juventus to get their domestic campaigns back on track.

Inter have managed to get just 12 points from their first eight matches in Serie A which leaves them with work to do when it comes to winning the Scudetto.

The Nerazzurri will be looking to build on the Barcelona win by beating Sassuolo on Saturday afternoon at the Mapei Stadium.

Whilst he has faith in them to be back in the picture as the season wares on, Alessandro Budel did suggest there is a mental weakness to the teams.

“Milan and Napoli are further ahead than the others.

“Juve and Inter will come back because the championship is still long, but they have something less in terms of mentality.”

Juventus will struggle to win this weekend as they travel to face AC Milan.
