Former Juventus coach Fabio Capello has said that Inter need to decide who their starting goalkeeper will be very soon, according to a report in the Italian media.

Speaking during an interview with La Stampa, the former England national team touched upon what has become a hot topic at Inter.

Simone Inzaghi has not yet decided who his starting goalkeeper will be out of Samir Handanovic.

He has continued to rotate the pair between Serie A and Champions League fixtures.

Fabio Capello feels that they now need to decide who will be the main man between the sticks because the alternation is not going to help anyone.

“On Inter I say that they are suffering from the absence of Lukaku, another who makes the difference, and they have to decide on the starting goalkeeper.

“Alternation, in my opinion, does not pay. The Champions League night with Barcelona offered comforting signs of recovery, now we need continuity.”

Many feel that Andre Onana has shown enough in the Champions League games that he has started to warrant displacing Samir Handanovic as the starting goalkeeper for Inter.

There are suggestions that he will start against Sassuolo but other reports claim no decision will be made until after the World Cup.
