Inter Could Move For Gladbach Wingback Ramy Bensebaini As Early As January, Italian Media Report

Inter could decide to make their move to sign Borussia Monchengladbach wingback Ramy Bensebaini as early as the January transfer window.

This according to yesterday’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Algerian is a priority target for the Nerazzurri should Robin Gosens be sold.

Gosens’s future at Inter is uncertain despite having only joined during the January transfer window of last season.

Bayer Leverkusen failed to sign the German during the final days of the summer transfer window just gone, but could return for his signature as early as January.

Should Gosens be on his way, then the Nerazzurri would certainly look to bolster their left flank in his place.

Bensebaini has been on Inter’s radar for some time, and the 27-year-old’s current contract runs out at the end of June 2023.

This would make the wingback potentially available on a free transfer next summer, although the Nerazzurri would not want to wait that long in the event that Gosens departs in January.
