Inter goalkeeper Andre Onana is brimming with excitement ahead of his first ever start at the Camp Nou.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the 26-year-old has video called his friends from the stadium ahead of the Nerazzurri’s Champions League clash with Barcelona to convey his feelings.

Onana spent several years in Barcelona’s youth system, but never ultimately got his chance with the Blaugranas first team.

Instead, the Cameroonian made the move to Ajax where he made his mark in senior football, and then joined Inter this summer.

Onana has already established himself with the Nerazzurri, and will be rewarded for his effort making himself the first-choice keeper with a start at the Camp Nou.

This will be something of a “dream come true” for the Cameroonian considering he had never been able to make an appearance at the stadium despite the time that he spent with the Blaugranas in his early career.

Onana has made no effort to hide his excitement as the team have arrived for this evening’s match, and even video called friends from the stadium.
