Digitalbits has continued to deny that there is any issue with sponsorship payments to Inter even though their logo is beginning to disappear from the club, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by Calcio e Finanza, the cryptocurrency company have continued to answer questions on their website forum on the situation but they claim that nothing is untoward.

They are alleged to have missed a major payment to Inter at the start of this season and when that was not rectified, Inter began the process of removing them from the club.

Their logo has disappeared from the training ground and the club’s headquarters and also from the sidelines at San Siro.

The only place that it remains is on the shirt of the men’s first team. Inter are expected to have a new shirt sponsor in place by January.

The response to a question about Inter on the Digitalbits forum said: “This is just rumours, the logo is still on the shirts. There is no problem with any partnership, stop spreading rumours here.”
