Inter have sold out San Siro for the matches against Salernitana and Viktoria Plzen to continue impressive attendance records, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Nerazzurri fans have continued to buy tickets at an impressive rate even for matches that may be seen as less attractive.

The match against Salernitana takes place on Sunday at 12:30 local time and then over a week after, Inter will host Viktoria Plzen where a win will be enough to secure a place in the last 16 of the Champions League.

Inter do not hold the record this season for the highest number of spectators in Serie A. That is held by AC Milan where the home average has been 72,481.

Inter are a close second though with an average of 71,621 at the moment. An upturn in form is only going to help the Nerazzurri reel the Rossoneri in.
